Inside Sales Representative in Automation – 1-Year Temporary Position

Your Role
As an inside sales representative in automation, you will be an important part of our team working closely with both customers and colleagues across the country. You will support our outside sales representatives, manage the flow of customer orders, and contribute to ensuring that our customers receive fast, accurate, and considerate service.
You will, among other things:
- Manage customer orders, purchases, and technical documentation.
- Ensure correct prices, delivery times, and products.
- Follow up on deliveries and keep customers updated.
- Provide support to customers via phone and email.
- Participate in quotation work and collaborate with outside sales representatives and product managers on various projects.
Who We Think You Are
You have a genuine technical interest and enjoy understanding how things work – preferably in automation or electronics. You have experience in the process industry and are passionate about providing excellent customer service, with an eye for order and structure.
We also believe that you:
· Are engaged, structured, and enjoy juggling multiple tasks.
· Are communicative and thrive in collaboration.
· Have good knowledge of Office 365.
· Are fluent in Swedish and English, both spoken and written.
It is an advantage if you have worked with business systems (preferably Microsoft Business Central) or CRM systems like LIME.

Scope: Full-time, 1-year temporary position with the possibility of extension
